New horizons, new approaches, new standards
Achieve higher standards through motivating and technical workshops.
A new skill or a new music is often best tackled in an interactive workshop experience where it can be given special attention away from the routines of regular rehearsal.
Often several groups gathered together for a common purpose can gain special benefit from a shared workshop experience.
Workshops are an excellent opportunity for groups to try new techniques and test their abilities, all in a safe and encouraging environment.
Directors also have the opportunity to participate with their group, or observe and objectify what techniques work and can be assimilated.

As conductor of the 100-voice Peterborough Singers I have had the pleasure of working with Len Ballantine as arranger, commissioned composer and clinician. We have found Len to be an inspiring clinician, whose workshopping significantly enhances our singing. I am so pleased to discover that Len is now freeing up time to broaden the scope of his work with choirs!

Whether composing an original work on commission or creating extraordinary arrangements for our annual Christmas concerts, Leonard Ballantine has been a fantastic resource for the Hannaford Street Silver Band. His professional approach and nuanced musical voice are of the highest order and accomplishment.
