Coach In your corner

Insightful feedback, strategies and exercises for improving you music-making.

As coach, I come along side the director, to unlock the group’s best capabilities.

From the coach perspective, I observe both the group and the director, so as to freeze-frame the patterns of learning and performance. Then, together we look at what works well in the dynamic of leader and led, and what could improve.

I am encouraging coach, and both the group and director will come away feeling positive and enabled.

Visits in person are best as they allow spontaneous feedback and demonstration.  Skype sessions or video recordings work well where travel and scheduling are prohibitive.
